GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL TRAINER FOR HEALTH FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2012

ARTICLE 1 SERVICES

When you hire the services of Personal trainer for Health it's either for a single lesson or for a 12 weeks subscription. The service is always paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. There is no possibility to end the subscription prematurely if there are special reasons according to Personal trainer for Health.

ARTICLE 2 CANCELLATION OF SESSION

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance otherwise the session will be charged for a special reason.

ARTICLE 3 PRIVACY

Information that is private is not disseminated by Personal trainer for Health provided otherwise agreed.

ARTICLE 4 NON-PAYMENT

You pay the agreed amount to the service in advance. If after 3 reminders the invoice has not yet been paid, the claim will be transferred to a collection agency.

ARTICLE 5 PRICES

Personal trainer for Health may change prices at any time.

ARTICLE 6 SAFETY AND LIABILITY

The training at Personal trainer for Health is entirely at your own risk. Personal trainer for Health disclaims any liability for damage as a result of accidents, theft, fire or any other damage causing events, unless this can be blamed on its intention or gross negligence.

ARTICLE 7 COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, the customer declares to comply with the house rules drawn up by Personal trainer for Health and to execute the instructions.

ARTICLE 8 OTHER PROVISIONS

All cases and / or situations not covered by the above regulations will only be assessed by Personal trainer for Health.
