Personal Training is dé manier om aan je gezondheid te werken. Samen met je persoonlijke coach, of het nu een mannelijke personal trainer of een vrouwelijke personal trainer is, werk je naar een nieuwe leefstijl toe die bij je past. Met ons team van Personal Trainers kunnen wij met Personal Training ieders doelstelling bereiken. Door onze jarenlange ervaring in de gezondheidsbranche hebben wij alle kennis in huis om je te begeleiden met:

  • Hormone optimization. Hormones can determine, among other things, how you feel, where you store fat and how fast your muscle mass builds. Certain hormones need to be boosted and some need to be inhibited.

For the above specializations, various refresher courses have been followed at college level.
